Recently, I had the opportunity to eat Wal Mart Great Value English Muffins for the first time. A good friend brought over a 12 ounce package of six of these muffins, along with a few other items, when I moved into my new apartment a couple of weeks ago. As with every other Wal Mart Great Value food product that I’ve tried, their English Muffins are high – quality, delicious – tasting items.
I am so impressed with these English muffins, that I have decided to write a product review of them. Presented here, as a service to the consumer at large, is an article which reviews and examines Wal Mart Great Value English Muffins.
Wal Mart Great Value English Muffins are available in 12 ounce and 24 ounce packages. The product being reviewed here is the 12 ounce package, which containes six English muffins. The 24 ounce package holds 12 English muffins.
The muffins themselves are basically the same size as most other brands of English muffins and the package does not take up excessive storage space.
The 12 ounce package of Wal Mart Great Value English Muffins that I recently consumed, were given to me as part of a house – warming gift for my new apartment. I did not notice any retail price printed on the package and I do not know the normal retail price of this product. Most likely, the price is very inexpensive. Wal Mart’s bread items are un – believeably low – priced, yet delicious.
Wal Mart Great Value English Muffins feature a nice, spongy, yet firm texture before they are toasted. Once they are toasted, they maintain a soft, yet crispy – firm texture that is a hallmark of a high – quality English muffin.
Each of the Wal Mart Great Value English Muffins that I ate toasted evenly and featured plenty of cracks and crevices that held the vegetable oil spread I topped them with well. To me, these English muffins offer just as satisfying a mouth – feel as that offered by the well – known brand with the orange package.

Taste / Flavor
These English muffins really taste good. So far, I have tried at least half a dozen Great Value food products and have found each one to be quite good. Through the years, I have eaten several brands of English muffins and Wal Mart Great Value English Muffins are just as good as any name brand muffin I have tried.
Wal Mart Great Value English Muffins are packaged in a white plastic bag that features an appealing illustration of buttered English muffins on the front label. The rear label lists all relevant ingredient and nutritional information and much of the information on the package is also printed in Spanish, next to the information that is printed in English.
