Season 2, Episode 5 of Tiny & Toya Sees Tameka Cottle and Antonia Carter Take Up Vastly Different Projects
The show began, as usual, at Toya’s palacio home in the Atlanta area. Rudy has brought home his new girlfriend, which excites Antonia Carter after she meets her. Rudy and his girlfriend are then seen talking outside the house as Toya reflects on her brother. Later, the ex-wife of Lil Wayne has dinner with her friend Danielle over a book project, which is really in limbo. Carter wants to write the book, but says she’s “in a different place” now than when she initiated the project, but agrees to re-work her book proposal. Later, Rudy is asked by Carter about his sex life, which he confesses to being sexually active for two years, shocking the co-star on Tiny & Toya, Season 2, Episode 5. Toya tells Rudy to “wrap it up.” Antonia Carter reads her book proposal to Tameka Cottle, which partially talks about her relationship with Lil Wayne, which began when they were teenagers. But she really wants to get out of the “shadow” of once being Lil Wayne’s wife.
Meanwhile, at Dianne’s house (Tiny’s mom), Tameka Cottle is there for a family meeting with brother Redd and sister Michelle over dad, who’s got Alzheimer’s Disease. Tiny comes up with the idea of having a benefit concert on behalf of research for this serious condition. Cottle takes her parents out to dinner on Tiny & Toya to tell them about her idea. Later, at Tiny’s mansion, Kiesha calls Toya to tell her to show up at Cottle’s home (a bunch of friends come, too) for some “girl talk”. As a surprise, Tiny gets a bunch of flower arrangements and gifts from TI (through his general manager), who was still behind bars at the time, bringing Tameka Cottle to tears.
