If you have children, you might want to stay home or take them to the gym. Most gyms have free daycare included in your membership. If they don’t however, then you have the option to exercise at home. This way you can multi-task as well. You can even watch TV while you are exercising if you are working out on a treadmill or any other type of exercising equipment. Also this sets a good example for your children on how important exercise is.

You might want to buy your own gym equipment to save on endless monthly gym fees. This can be a good idea but you must be careful not to hurt yourself. You might want to find a friend that is willing to come over and work out with you so you can have someone to spot you while lifting heavy weights. Regardless of what you do, just be careful.
There are some cons to working out inside. For one thing it can be very difficult to stay motivated. It’s easy to say that you’ll just do it tomorrow. But that can be a con to exercising outside as well. Either way you must decide to stick to a schedule and exercise without cutting it short.
If you are working out at home you should be sure to monitor your heart rate. You should always consult with your doctor before starting any exercise routine. They will also be able to tell you what your heart rate should be while you are exercising.
If you are working out at a gym you run the risk of catching viruses if you don’t clean the equipment or if you are working closely with other people. There also is not as much oxygen inside the gym or inside at home.
