What gives anyone the right to police anybody?
In this Christian based nation, how do we select certain people, who are privileged, to delegate between wrong and right?
Which human being is authorized to judge another human? In this country that, nowadays, believes solely in God, how do we presume we have authority to decide the fate of another? I was under the conclusion that only God was allowed to judge. Apparently, it is the place of those with money to judge others.
Surely, I am not the only human that finds this idea ridiculous.
Surely, it is not only I that understands we have no place to judge others. That we should live our own lives and leave the others to their own. Are we so pathetic that we need another to help bring us to justice? Can we not create justice on our own? This is how it was done in the Wild West. When someone stole your horse you could hunt them down, or you could move on and try to make up for that fact.
And thus arrived Sheriffs. Sheriffs are the product of irresponsible people. No one should not be held to the same standard as those who cannot handle their own problems.
In nature it is survival of the fittest. What makes us any different from animals? Nothing. Nothing makes us different. We have grammar. We have a way of presenting our thoughts, which we perceive is different from that of animals. We do not know for certain, for we know nothing for certain. Anything we know is based of words that we created on our own. Any idea we acknowledge as truth is created by us. When we truly do not understand anything we create ideas that console ourselves. We feel the need to be safe. We feel the need that we cannot create our own safety, and that we need others who are, presumably, responsible. When in all honesty, they are no more responsible than ourselves. These judges, these jurors, these lawyers, these lawmakers they all have their own problems, yet at the same time they are able to justify your problem? If they were capable of such atrocities they would not have their own problems to deal with.
There is no ideal human. There is no one in the whole world that can handle any problem, at anytime, without repercussion. There is no human being that has no problem in their life that they may make time to judge your life.
In a Christian ideal world, only God can judge. So why is that we allow other imperfect humans to judge us?As a great writer, Bob Dylan, once said, “The Times They are Changing.” As the times change we become accustomed to these ideas that help us feel safe. When we feel unsafe we allow others, who feel the same as we do, to enforce their own ideas. This makes you weak. This is why others have risen to riches. This is why you have been driven to poverty.
