Please let me introduce myself. I am Grandmaster Ted Gambordella and I want to tell you the 7 Secrets of Lifetime Fitness. But before I do that I want to tell you a little about my background and my expertise in fitness.
I am 62 years old and I look better than 99% of the people my age and 90% of the people in their 20’s,30’s, 40’s, and 50’s and it has nothing to do with luck or money. Too many of the so called experts on fitness out there today have been fat and then got fit just long enough to write a book, make a video or win some money for losing all that weight. They know nothing about being fit for a lifetime, because they have never been fit for a lifetime. They have been fit for a few weeks, a few months and some a few years, but none have been fit for 62 years and know exactly what it takes to be fit and stay fit for a lifetime. I do!
I believe there are 7 Secrets of Core Values for achieving lifetime fitness and I will be sharing those with you. I will tell you everything you need to know to get fit and stay fit for a lifetime.
I will be discussing each of these 7 things you need to know for lifetime fitness in depth and explain to you how you can achieve and maintain your fitness for a lifetime.
Please let me explain what that means because so many people think that lifetime fitness is being fit when they are in high school and maybe college and then getting fat, out of shape, then back into some kind of shape, then out of shape, then back again, then out of shape and then die. Just look at the people around you. 75% of Americans are considered “obese” and more than that are considered out of shape. Most are just getting by with their health and fitness because of genetics. Their exercise program consists of walking to the car and to the desk at work. Then home from the car to the couch. That won’t keep you fit for life.
Over the last 62 years I have maintained a consistent exercise program, watched my diet and done the other things necessary to get fit and stay fit for life. Not once in the last 62 years have I been fat, out of shape, lazy, inflexible, weak or sickly. I know what it takes to get into great shape and more importantly I know how to stay fit for life. I will show you and teach you how you can achieve your lifetime fitness. Step by step, day-by-day we will begin to get you fit and if you follow my program you will keep that fitness in your 30’s, 40’s, 50’s, 60’s, and beyond. You will get fit and stay fit for life.
