Many People have lower back problems. You go to a Chiropractor and they pop your lower back into place again. A few days or weeks later, your lower back pops back out again. You are in pain and you go back to the Chiropractor for more treatment. This treatment continues for weeks, months, and years. You and the insurance company pay the Chiropractor each time he works on your back. The Chiropractor continues to tell you he/she will get your body back to normal. Many people never seem to get rid of those annoying lower back problems. What if you could pop your lower back into place yourself? You can with an easy exercise.
Lie on the ground on your back. Make sure you put a couple of large pillows behind your head for comfort. Take your left knee and move it as close to your chest as you can. Use both of your hands to help move your knee closer to your chest. Take your hands and move your knee to the side and back to your chest again. Do this ten to twenty times. Let your left knee go back on to the ground. You may feel your back pop when you let your left leg back down. Don’t worry. This is a good thing.
Take your right knee and move it as close to your chest as you can. Use both of your hands to help move your knee closer to your chest. Take your hands and move your knee to the side and back to your chest again. Do this ten to twenty times. Let your right knee go back on to the ground. You may feel your back pop when you let your right knee back down. Don’t worry. This is a good thing.
Take both of your knees and pull them to your chest (with your hands) at the same time. Keep your knees at your chest for the count of one hundred. Let your knees go all the way back to the floor. Your back should pop. Do this five to ten more times. You back should pop each time you let your legs fall back on the ground.
Do these exercises three to four times a day when your lower back is bothering you. Continue to do these exercises until your back feels better. You can actually do the exercises every day to keep your lower back in place. This exercise will pop your back into place. You will feel better. Your leg will not continue to ache and buzz from your back problems.
Wear a back (exercise) brace when you exercise or lift anything heavy. Exercise and heavy lifting are two ways to pop your back out. Stick your tongue out at the Chiropractor if you see him in town. You have found your own way to pop your back into place. Your Chiropractor knows these exercises. Some of them will tell you how to do them. Some Chiropractors would rather see you in their office every week. This way, they can become rich from popping your lower back into place. I know this exercise works because I also have lower back problems. I have had my back pop out, leg pains, and buzzing in the legs. It is a horrible feeling.
Many people have lower back problems. I am one of them. I was told this exercise about two years ago. I have not been to the Chiropractor since. I pop my own lower back into place. I am not a doctor. I am not a Chiropractor. I am a person with back problems. Try this exercise out for yourself. It will work.
