Denver offers a variety of romantic locations to dine with your partner. When asking about romantic restaurant preferences from friends and family I’ve receive a wide range of classy restaurant options. Many in Colorado consider casual restaurants as romantic, probably because of Coloradoans intrinsic outdoor nature, and usual t-shirt or sweater and jeans laid back attire. My wife and I love good food, she’s a ‘Food Network’ junkie, and I like traveling with her to find the best dinning experiences Denver has to offer. We enjoyed the offerings from the following restaurants and feel comfortable suggesting them to our friends. So I hope to provide you with three restaurant choices that will offer you the best chance at romance in Denver while catering to varied tastes
First – Mizuna
Mizuna is an intimate small restaurant which prides itself in service, and in truly inspired menu offerings from its world class chefs. The restaurant offers a dinning experience like no other, because their chef’s are given creative license to prepare foods from their own experiences and training. The menu items are mouth watering just by description, and combine exotic ingredients with familiar meal options. You really can’t go wrong with any choice, but choices such as Pan Roasted Ostrich Loin and Lobster Macaroni and Cheese are an example of their menus flair. Mizuna is located in a quaint building near Denver’s Golden Triangle neighborhood. It might be a difficult to find because their sign and name are not boldly evident on their building, but you will spot their trademark leaf logo. Visit the Mizuna website and view their menu to see for yourself what they have to offer, and then reserve a romantic elegant-casual dinner. Prices range from $12.00 to $43.00. Include wine or champagne to fully immerse yourself in the moment.

Second – The Melting Pot
The Melting Pot is an interactive fondue dining experience that is guaranteed to ignite romance. Fondue offers multiple opportunities for intimately feeding your partner delicious bites. Each entrée on the menu is satisfying but you won’t go wrong with Pacific Rim Entrée which features marinated pork tenderloin, breast of duck, breast of chicken, and potstickers, along with a variety of cheese and wine fondue sauces. Perfect dinner dates usually end with chocolate, and what better way to indulge in chocolate than with a fondue style dessert? The experience will cost you about $100.00 for a couple after you order drinks, but is well worth it, add an engagement ring and it experience will be priceless.
