This is my second version of predictions. The first was made prior to free agency and the draft. This is the new, revised version.
New York Jets 11-5 The Jets lose Thomas Jones and will not be as good of a football team without him, but they will still be a solid team.
New England Patriots 10-6 Randy Moss will return to his old form and the Patriots will be a wildcard team.
Miami Dolphins 7-9 The Dolphins will be a disappointment in 2010/2011.
Buffalo Bills 2-14 With no QB and no T.O. this team will be even worse than last year. They will be the worst team in the league.
Baltimore Ravens 12-4 The Ravens acquisition of Anquan Boldin will propel them to the top of the division. Cincinnati Bengals 9-7 The Bengals will be a solid team in 2010 and will be the other AFC wild card.
Pittsburgh Steelers 8-8 The Steelers will be a worse team in 2010. The first few weeks of the season will be very rough.
Cleveland Browns 3-13 The Browns will be a better team next year since they added a veteran QB, but they will still struggle.
Indianapolis Colts 13-3 Peyton Manning will be in the running for league MVP again and the Colts will continue their usual dominating ways.
Tennessee Titans 9-7 The Titans will be a great football team in 2010 but the competition will be too tough and they will fail to make the playoffs.
Houston Texans 7-9 The Texans have all the pieces, but will fail to put the puzzle together again. They will be a worse team than last year.
Jacksonville Jaguars 5-11 The Jaguars will be a disappointment in 2010.
San Diego Chargers 11-5 Without L.T. they won’t be as good but will win the West. Their new RB, Ryan Matthews, will be the Rookie of the Year.
Denver Broncos 7-9 Will be a disappointment in 2010. They will struggle against the AFC West teams. Brandon Marshall will turn out to be a major loss for the Broncos.
Kansas City Chiefs 7-9 The Chiefs will go in the right direction next year and may be a playoff contending team in a few years.
Oakland Raiders 4-12 The Raiders will be better next year and could be a decent football team in a few years, along with the Chiefs.
Green Bay Packers 12-4 The Packers will dominate and win the NFC North behind Aaron Rodgers.
Chicago Bears 10-6 The Bears will show huge improvement in 2010 and make the playoffs.
Minnesota Vikings 9-7 The Vikings will have a good record but will fail to make the playoffs in 2010. If Favre comes back their record will be better and they will have a much better shot at making the playoffs.
Detroit Lions 4-12 Will show signs of a being a good football team in the future.
Arizona Cardinals 11-5 Will win the West.
San Francisco 49ers 11-5 Alex Smith will be a huge surprise in 2010 and they will make the playoffs.
Seattle Seahawks 5-11 Will not be any better than last year’s team.
St. Louis Rams 4-12 The Rams will show signs of improvement and will be on the right track.
Dallas Cowboys 13-3 The Cowboys will be a solid football team in 2010 and might make a run at the Super Bowl.
New York Giants 9-7 The Giants will not make the playoffs in 2010.
Philadelphia Eagles 8-8 The Eagles will be a decent team but will struggle more than usual without Mcnabb and Westbrook.
Washington Redskins 5-11 The Redskins will struggle in 2010.
New Orleans Saints 13-3 Brees will win MVP and the Saints will roll.
Atlanta Falcons 8-8 Will not improve at all compared to last year’s team.
Carolina Panthers 5-11 The Panthers are a good football team but they have trouble competing against some of the other dominate teams around them. The QB for the Panthers will be a good surprise, whether it is Jimmy Clausen or Matt Moore.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers 4-12 Freeman will show vast improvement.
