To use, simply put a light coating of olive oil over the meat. Next, sprinkle on an even coat of Crusting Blend or shake it, along with the meat, in a bag to achieve that even texture.
To grill, spritz the grate with a cooking spray before adding the meat on top. That will prevent it from sticking and the crumbs from burning. Get a good gear on one side and then turn over. Once the juices are seared in, continue grilling until you reach the desired temperature.
To broil, place the prepared meat on a freshly oiled cooking service. Place underneath the broiler for 1-2 minutes to sear. Turn over and sear on the other side. Then continue broiling under your meat is done as you like.
To bake, place the prepared meat into a pan spritzed with cooking spray or oil. Bake in an oven preheated to 400 degrees Fahrenheit until the desired temperature is met.
To fix on top of the stove, place 1-2 Tbsp. of cooking oil into a hot skillet. Sear one side of the meat on high and turn over to sear the other. Reduce the heat to medium and continue cooking, turning regularly. Continue cooking until the desired temperature is reached.
