A wonderful natural homemade bubble bath I like to make when I am feeling stressed and sad is my lavender mint bubble bath. It helps calm mind and uplift my spirits so I can feel stress free and happy again. Plus it helps relieve achy muscles and stiffness from my body.
The ingredients you will need to make the lavender mint bubble bath will be 3 cups of castile soap, 10 drops of organic lavender oil, 5 drops of peppermint oil, 5 drops of spearmint oil, ½ cup of jojoba oil, and ½ a cup of organic honey. All of these ingredients can be found at local grocery stores, herbal stores, and pharmaceutical stores if you do not already have the ingredients on hand. If you can’t seem to find jojoba oil than liquid coconut oil or olive oil will work just as well.
The way to make the homemade lavender mint bubble bath is by pouring the be 3 cups of castile soap, 10 drops of organic lavender oil, 5 drops of peppermint oil, 5 drops of spearmint oil, ½ cup of jojoba oil, and ½ a cup of organic honey into a 30 ounce plastic bottle using a funnel. Once all the ingredients are inside the plastic bottle cover it with a cover and give it a few gentle shakes to combined all the ingredients completely together until you get a yellowish golden syrup looking bubble bath mixture to pour into your bath.
Now the best way to use the homemade lavender mint bubble bath is by plugging your tub up and start filling it up with warm water. As the water is filling up the tub pour 1 cup of the homemade bubble bath under the running water. This will help the bubble bath dissolve better into the water and foam nice little foamy bubbles throughout your bath. It will also help the lavender mint aroma too fill the air around you even better so you are able to breathe it in better and deeply to help you relax more.
Once the lavender mint bubble bath is ready all you need to do is get into it and soak in all the wonderfulness of it. Allow the lavender mint aroma to help allow your mind to escape from every day life and allow the warm water of the bath to help relax your body, mind, soul, and spirit and relieve the stress and sadness from you completely.
