As the new season of ‘˜Gene Simmons’ Family Jewels’ comes closer, the show moves to a new night. The show will move from Sunday evening to Tuesday evening. The show follows Gene Simmons; his ‘˜wife,’ Shannon; and two kids, Sophie and Nick. Shannon, Nick and Sophie are Gene’s jewels, because they are, obviously, his family.
Gene Simmons is the bass guitar player for the band ‘˜KISS.’ Prior joining and forming ‘˜KISS,’ he was an elementary school teacher. Gene is also the producer of the ‘˜Family Jewels’ show.
Shannon Tweed was a former model for Playboy. She has six siblings and is the third child. Shannon is really close to her sister, Tracy Tweed, who is also a former model.
Nick Simmons is Shannon and Gene’s oldest child. He is a skillful artist and is behind the comic, ‘˜Skullduggery.’
Sophie Simmons is the youngest Simmons child. Sophie is currently considering to become a model.
Tracy Tweed is a former model like her sister Shannon. Tracy will make guest appearances on the show from time to time. Tracy and Shannon have a tight bond which can be seen on the show.
With the day switch for “Gene Simmons Family Jewels” will give more people a chance to watch the show on Tuesday nights, if they wanted to. I really like watching the show when I get a chance to watch the show. Gene and Shannon are your normal everyday parents, even though they are celebrities. They also don’t bring their kids into the limelight all the time, like most celebrity parents do.
