Most fashion magazine have an iPhone or iPad application that compliments their magazine content. For example Seventeen Magazine has released the free iPhone application Seventeen Fashion Finder. Seventeen Fashion Finder allows you to browse clothing or accessories by fashion style or product or label or size and can locate the nearest retailer with that item on stock. Lucky magazine has released the Lucky At Your Service, an iPhone application styled as shopping concierge. Similar to Seventeen Fashion Finder, Lucky At Your Service allows you to track down products featured in the magazine. TEEN VOGUE Haute Spot allows you to create a fashion look-book, has trend information from editor-approved items, and more. Another favorite fashion app is ELLE Shopping Guide. The GQ Magazine application functions more like a digital mobile reader for the magazine. GQ Magazine allows you to buy new issues, archive your issues, view pictures and videos, and more. Other applications that allow you to purchase and read the latest issue are the Vanity Fair Magazine, Esquire Magazine, and Nylon Mag. Some of these magazine specific apps allow you to but additional issues at prices that range at about $2.99.

Explore the latest fashion from the Fall/Winter 2010/11 Chanel fashion show with the Chanel – Read-to-Wear Fall-Winter 2010/11 application. I also enjoy playing with the Chanel – Lovely Game. Tommy Hilfiger has an application to help you explore, browse, and purchase the pieces from the designer’s latest collection. Ralph Lauren currently has two applications, Ralph Lauren Collection – Fall 2010/Spring 2010 Fashion Shows and Rugby Ralph Lauren Make Your Own. Other fashion designers with iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad applications include Donna Karan, Hugo Boss, Fendi, Victoria’s Secret, and many others.

The fashion applications allow you to browse, follow trends, locate retailers, and even purchase fashion products right from your mobile device as you go.
