by itchyfish

Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Whole Grain Cereal with Almonds has a familiar crunch and texture for people who grew up eating Grape Nuts. When I tried the cereal for my Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Whole Grain Cereal product review, I tasted it plain and then with strawberries and bananas on top.

Some of the other flavors of the Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Whole Grain cereals include original, cinnamon raisin and golden flax. The cereals are not gluten-free or wheat free, but Food for Life does have a line of gluten-free breads using rice and corn flour and other ingredients.
