Unlike most Colorado restaurants, the White Fence Farm has taken care to ensure their grounds are just as beautiful and unique as their restaurant. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with trees, flowers, walkways and ponds, set around a unique set of Colonial buildings.
The White Fence Farm is open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday and serves homestyle, classic American food. Their fried chicken was named the best in Colorado by Westword, and is a must try. Other menu items include New York strip steak, roasted turkey, broiled fish, and broiled pork chops. A children’s menu is also available upon request. A wide variety of beverages and desserts are also available.
There are three gift shops at the White Fence Farm, offering a wide selection of novelty gifts and treats. The Old time gift shop sells a variety of vintage inspired items, including old fashioned jams, toys and snacks. The Colorado Christmas gift shop is open year round selling unique Christmas ornaments, decorations and gifts. Both shops offer something for patrons of all ages. The Country Cottage gift shop, located inside of an old railway car specializes in antiques and small novelties.
The White Fence Farm is truly a family-friendly environment with plenty of things to do for children of all ages. There is a large playground and a petting zoo, known as the “O.K Corral” where children can pet an assortment of farm animals, including goats and llamas. The “Pig Chute” is a large, two story slide inside of the on-site barn, and there is also an arcade for older children.
