Do you feel full of energy? Are the right people attracted to you at the right time?
Do good things happen for you? Or are you stuck in a rut? If you would like to move out of this rut and achieve more success- you first need the right energy “vibes”. If you feel a bit low, don’t worry about it. You can concentrate on shifting it. With a few simple practices, you will feel more energetic, upbeat, and ready to move successfully through your day.
First of all, when is the last time you took a deep breath? Take a deep breath, hold for a 1,2,3,4 count, and exhale, as you exhale, feel your shoulders relax (do thisagain as you need to during the day). You might find as you check in with yourself throughout the day , that you are actually holding your breath. Those deep, life affirming breaths feel so good.
Next, do something completely different that is out of your normal pattern today (this doesn’t have to be complex). You most likely have some patterns that serve you well (brushing your teeth, checking the gas gauge in your car when you drive, perhaps taking a vitamin, and so on), but sometimes patterns keep us stuck in a rut. Do you exercise the same way for exactly the same amount of time day in and day out? Do you drive to work the same way, shop at the same grocery store, watch the same television shows, have the same conversations over and over, etc? Shake things up. Vary your minutes and intensity when exercising and/or vary the time of day, or choose something else. Choose different foods, different clothes, anything to shake up your routine. Changing simple things in your environment, can create big mental shifts and energy shifts in all aspects of your life. You will move out of a rut- or the feeling of being stuck.
Be sure to keep moving. If you are not an exerciser, try even just a few minutes of light stretching, going up and down the stairs a few times, -pulling some weeds, and or walking around the block. By moving, I am not talking about just traditional exercise, I mean, literally, just move your body.
Finally, take care of one thing that has been hanging over your head as an incomplete (maybe the junk drawer, your wallet, a closet, a messy desk, an unpaid bill, or return a phone call).
Action helps shift all of your energy, which includes your mental energy, your spiritual energy, and your physical energy. It is energy that puts out vibrations to people around you. When you move out of a rut, you will have energy in and about you that attracts the right people to you at the right time and brings opportunity to you. And, it can all be put into motion through simple things like your breathing techniques, changing habit patterns, movement, and taking care of incompletes in your life.
