Galleria De Paco is located at 622 Commercial Street in Waterloo. This restaurant, lounge and art gallery is the brain child of the Rosic family who immigrated from Bosnia. Paco Rosic spray painted a replica of the Michelangelo painting of the Sistine Chapel on the ceiling of the restaurant. The artwork is amazing especially when it took Paco only 4 months to complete the massive painting. This elegant piece of work adds a very romantic touch to the unique dining area. The Brown Bottle restaurant has two locations, one in Cedar Falls at 1111 Center Street (319.266.2616) and the other in Waterloo at 209 W 5th Street (319.232.3014).
