The 8/16/10 episode of “Bachelor Pad” is here for week 2. While many strategies and plans were put in force by the contestants, nothing compared to the drama and dynamics of the cast. Who would have thought Jonathan would have been comfortable in a speedo?
Pie Eating Contest – Girls
The girls are first to eat as much pie as they can with their hands tied behind their back, but the pie tastes terrible. In fact, Elizabeth said it was like the aftertaste of vomit. Nice.
Tenley looked as if she was about to pass out and cry again. Soon, Chris Harrison and Melissa Rycroft bring out a bucket and nearly everyone runs to throw up in it. It came down to Gia and Tenley. Tenley was close, but Gia won the competition for the girls.
Next: the Guys
Next, the guys went for it, unsuspecting of how awful the pie truly was. The bigger guys could hardly eat it, but “Weatherman” was able to go far.
Craig used kept dipping his head in the pie pan, soaking his hair with more food so he didn’t have to gulp more down. He said his hair is a multi-purpose tool. Jonathan, the underdog of the competition, won for the guys.
8/16 episode date recaps
Gia chose Craig, Wes, and Jesse Beck for her date with them in LA. They entered a tent with a Moroccan theme. Surprise, surprise…Gia gave Wes the rose.
“Weatherman” chose Ashley, Gwen, and Peyton for his dates – the three that haven’t had any “hookups” yet in the house. Krisily was disappointed she wasn’t chosen. All four meet Melissa for the next competition – body painting. Jonathan got into a speedo and seemed to really enjoy himself. He sure didn’t when he was on “The Bachelorette.” This had to be done on purpose by the producers, really. His confidence level has boosted since Ali.
Gwen got the rose.
Krisily confided to the other girls she felt left out for not having a real connection with anyone else in the house like the others.
Wes pours his heart out to Gia, expressing his feelings for her, using the word ‘love.’ She told him he’s more than what she expected.
Jesse Beck and Natalie were doing some heavy kissing while Dave Goode and Jessie Sulidis sealed their bond by kissing in the hot tub. Jesse Kovacs and Elizabeth were sexually active since they were together before coming on “Bachelor Pad.” Kiptyn and Tenley are still going “slow” compared to everyone else, but definitely an item.
