America has voted for their favorites from the third group of 12 of the top 48 talents chosen for the “America’s Got Talent” finals. The 12 contestants in the running to go on to the second round of eliminations are (in alphabetical order):Chipps Cooney, CJ Dippa, Debra Romer, Harmonica Pierre, Haspop, Jeremy Vanschoonhovenon, Luigi Seno, Polino Volchek, South Philly Vikings, Studio One Young Beast Society, The Belly Dancing Duo, and The Strange Familiar. Read about their live performances at “America’s Got Talent Live in Hollywood, Part 3.”
The Ninth Semi-Finalist on “America’s Got Talent”
The first three talents to be called to the stage were the South Philly Vikings, CJ Dippa, and Haspop. Could the young rapper possibly win over the unusual dance style of Haspop? No. Haspop is the ninth semi-finalist on “America’s Got Talent.”
“JabbaWockeeZ” on “America’s Got Talent”
Now we take a break from the voting results as the “JabbaWockeeZ” dance crew. They first appeared on “America’s Got Talent” season three and went on to win “America’s Best Dance Crew” proving if you’re in a good dance group or if you’re a good singer go try out for those other shows that focus on your talent – unless you’re afraid of that much competition.
The Tenth Semi-Finalist on “America’s Got Talent”
The second trio of talents to be called to the stage was Chipps Cooney, Studio One Young Beast Society, and Polino Volchek. To choose the winner from these three was easy. Studio One is the tenth semi-finalist on “America’s Got Talent.”
The Eleventh Semi-Finalist on “America’s Got Talent”
The third trio of talents called to the stage was a group of singers – The Strange Familiar, Debra Romer, and Luigi Seno. This is a tough call. I like Luigi’s style and singing the best but America has fell for Debra Romer, the eleventh semi-finalist on “America’s Got Talent.”
“Mike Posner” on “America’s Got Talent”
Now it’s time to take another break from “America’s Got Talent” as “Michael Posner” takes the stage and performs “Cooler Than Me” from his album “31 Minutes to Takeoff” which is being released on August 10.
The Twelfth Semi-Finalist on “America’s Got Talent”
Okay, now back to the show at hand. The fourth and final trios of talents left to be called onto the stage were Jeremy Vanschoonhovenon, The Belly Dancing Duo, and Harmonicca Pierre. The “America’s Got Talent” judges get to pick the winner from this group but first the act with the least amounts of votes gets dismissed and that is Harmonica Pierre leaving the judges to pick between Jeremy and Kaya & Sadie. So will the judges vote for the best talent, or with two males on the judges’ panel will something else sway their votes? Sharon likes the belly dancers and their synchronization in their dancing but believes Jeremy deserves to go to the semi-finals with his daredevil bicycle stunt act. Now on to Piers who casts a professional vote for Jeremy, saying Jeremy further impressed him when he stated that he built all his props. The two votes cast for Jeremy put him in the twelfth semi-finalist slot on “America’s Got Talent” and gives Howie the night off from making a decision.
