It’s fun in the sun as 19 former ‘Bachelor’ and ‘Bachelorette’ contestants live together in a house- and vote each other out as they compete for a cash prize of $250,000. The cast of ABC’s upcoming summer reality show, Bachelor Pad, has finally been revealed. And as expected, the cast is a hodgepodge of popular- and a few forgettable- former cast members from various seasons of ABC’s The Bachelor and The Bachelorette. According to reality TV blogger Reality Steve, the Bachelor Pad cast lineup includes 8 men and 11 women. Here is the complete cast lineup for ABC’s Bachelor Pad.
Kiptyn Locke. This guy was a catch- and one of the final 2 on The Bachelorette Season 5. But Bachelorette Jillian Harris chose Ed Swiderski in the end, leaving Kip in the dust. He bounced back though, and keeps fans updated on what he’s been up to via his blog(he’s big into charity work).
Wes Hayden. The Bachelorette Season 5’s resident bad boy, country singer Wes was rumored to have a girlfriend back home during filming (he denied it) and was portrayed to be only doing the show to further his career. Jillian kept him around a long while, but finally the girlfriend rumors got to her.
Tenley Molzahn. This sweetheart was one of Bachelor Jake Pavelka’s final 2 on The Bachelor: On the Wings of Love. But instead of sugary sweet Tenley, Pavelka chose the spicier Vienna Girardi. No matter. Tenley’s luck in love has possibly improved (rumor has it she is dating Kiptyn Locke- let’s hope it’s true!).
Natalie Getz. Season 13 Bachelor, Jason Mesnick, was looking for a wife, but this blonde didn’t fit the bill for him. Portrayed as a troublemaker on the show, Getz was sent packing after a glam date that included a million dollar diamond necklace, which was unceremoniously snatched off her neck when Mesnick dumped her at the end of the date.
David Good. This Bachelorette season 5 contestant was portrayed as major hothead who lived by the rules of “The Man Code”. His feud with fellow contestant Juan B. fueled some of the best male drama of the season.
Jessie Sulidis. This Bachelor: On the Wings of Love contestant told all on that season’s Women Tell All special, when she said she witnessed ousted contestant Rozlyn Papa kissing a show producer. It’s rumored that Jessie will also make a cameo this season on The Bachelorette, but it won’t be to help Ali pick which guy to keep.
Nikki Kaape. This Sandra Bullock lookalike was one of Jason Mesnick’s girls on The Bachelor 13, but he sent her packing after a two-on-one date that included single mom Stephanie.
Ashley Elmore. This Bachelor: On the Wings of Love contestant donned a flight attendant outfit to impress Jake Pavelka, but it didn’t work- he sent her on a flight home by the second episode.
Juan Barbieri. Here’s another guy from Jillian’s season, who was known largely for his ongoing feud with contestant Dave Good and also for being an “old” guy– at age 35!
Gia Allemand.Bachelor Jake liked Maxim model Gia, but she may have been too hot for him to handle. He dumped her after the hometown dates on Season 14. Maybe it was her stepbrother (who said something about breaking Jake’s legs if Gia gets hurt) that scared him off.
Craig McKinnon. This hothead with the Michael Douglas hairdo got sent packing early on The Bachelorette 6, but he’ll probably cause plenty of drama in the Bachelor Pad house. Most likely because he loved to butt heads with the next guy on this list….
Jonathan Novak. This forecast for this tattletale weatherman shows he’ll be in the Bachelor Pad house, fresh on the heels of being ousted from Ali Fedotowsky’s Bachelorette 6 mansion. Let’s hope he keeps the tears to a minimum.
Elizabeth Kitt. This Courtney Cox lookalike played head games with Jake Pavelka on Season 14’s The Bachelor: On the Wings of Love. Her “no kissing” rule didn’t go over very well with him- especially when he teased him with it.
Jesse Kovacs. Jillian tired of this winemaker by episode 7 when she eliminated him after a group date.
Jesse Beck. Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky surprisingly sent him packing on episode 4, saying she didn’t think they matched up.
Michelle Kujawa. Bachelor Jake Pavelka got scared off by this girl, who was tad too intense for his liking.
Gwen Goia. Now here’s a blast from the past! This Bachelor Season 2 fan favorite has carved a nifty entertainment career out of her Bachelor past, working as a model and a TV hostess. She also teamed up with Season 2 winner Helene Eksterowicz to write a book, “Nobody’s Perfect: What To Do When You’ve Fallen for a Jerk But You Want to Make It Work”. I guess after dating Aaron Buerge they were writing from experience?
Krisily Kennedy. This Bachelor finalist goes way back – to Charlie O’Connell’s Season 7.
Peyton Wright. On The Bachelor’ An Officer and Gentleman, this pretty blonde was left standing as Andy Baldwin took off in a helicopter with another woman, Tessa. Now that’s a pretty lousy way to end a date!
Sounds like an interesting cast, huh? Let the games begin!
Bachelor Pad will be hosted by Chris Harrison and Melissa Rycroft and will air starting on August 9, 2010 on ABC.
