I enjoy many Lean Cuisine frozen meals. When I spotted Lean Cuisine Grilled Chicken Primavera in the frozen dinners section at my local grocery store, it caught my attention. I love asparagus and tomatoes. This dinner has them. I decided to purchase it, try it and write an unbiased product review about my experience. This is what I discovered!
Lean Cuisine Grilled Chicken Primavera costs over two dollars and the price of this dinner does vary from store to store. This meal has grilled white meat chicken, tomatoes, asparagus, whole wheat pasta vemicelli noodles, broccoli, sea salt, Parmesan and Asiago cheeses, roasted garlic, creamy garlic sauce and many other ingredients in it. I love all of those ingredients. This meal has so many veggies in it and that was indeed a plus for me. This dinner is low cal, low in saturated fat, protein rich and high in fiber. It also has no preservatives and no artificial flavors. Fantastic! I could not wait to try this dinner!
The preparation of Lean Cuisine Grilled Chicken Primavera is simple and fast. It is perfect for microwave cooking and that is how I chose to prepare it. I only had to place the tray in my microwave and cook on high for five minutes. I then let this meal stand in my microwave for two minutes. It smelled yummy! It looked really good.

The grilled chicken is delicious, the pasta is tender and the asparagus, tomatoes and broccoli were a treat. I was in veggie heaven. This meal makes a great fast lunch or I can add some toast and a salad to it and have it for dinner.

This meal has 3 grams of total fat, 1 gram of saturated fat, 1 gram of polyunsaturated fat, 1 gram of monounsaturated fat, 20 mg’s of cholesterol, 580 mg’s of sodium, 550 mg’s of potassium, 26 grams of total carbs, 5 grams of dietary fiber, 6 grams of sugars and 17 grams of protein. This dinner has seventy percent of my daily vitamin C need in it and also has some vitamin A, calcium and iron. This product does contain milk and wheat ingredients. Just three weight watchers points, according to Nestle.
