Healthy Choice Café Steamers Orange Zest Chicken costs between two dollars and three dollars, depending on where you purchase this meal at. It is closer to three dollars at my local grocery store, if it is not on sale. I love many Asian entrees and since this meal had Asian inspiration, I really wanted to taste it. This dish has chicken tenderloin, rice, sugar snap peas, red peppers, scallions, orange marmalade, orange juice, orange peel, lemon juice, garlic and many other spices and ingredients. That all sounded very tempting to me. I could not wait to taste this meal!
Healthy Choice Café Steamers Orange Zest Chicken has a lot going for it. It is low cal, low in saturated fat, low in sodium, fiber rich and high in protein. It equals only five weight watchers points. This meal also has lots of vitamins, grains and minerals. It is perfect for microwave cooking and that is how I prepared it. I only had to put it my microwave and heat on high for five minutes. I then removed the film cover and stirred the steamed food into the sauce bowl. I stirred it all together and served. This dish smelled yummy!
