This year’s 22nd Annual Salute to Veterans Airshow will be held on May 29th and 30th from 9:30 am to 3:30pm. The Airshow is a proud tradition that over 3,000 volunteers, 65 chairpersons carry out to honor and remember all veterans, living and non living, and allies that have served the United States.
The airshow is one of many events that take place over a six daylong celebration of US Veterans. Educational programs, seminars, dinners, and meetings to recognize and honor veterans, and Memorial Day Parade are some additional events that take place to celebrate Veterans.
This FREE event is open to the public
The Salute to Veterans Airshow is held at the Columbia Regional Airport located on Highway 63 South in Columbia, MO. Instead of driving, shuttles are also an option. Round trip tickets are available for $3 per person. Shuttles will leave from University of Missouri Hearnes Center on Stadium Blvd in Columbia and Jefferson City Airport. The shuttles will begin boarding at 9:00 am and will return to the Hearnes Center until the Airshow closes.
