As much as we love to eat out it is hard to admit to ourselves many of the foods at restaurants are not healthy. 4.) Denny’s – Grand Slamwich Without Hash Browns – This one 16 ounce breakfast sandwich has 1320 calories. And that does not even include hash browns, for that many calories you would hope at least for that.
5.) Jack In The Box – Hearty Breakfast Bowl – You should definitely not eat this unless your diet is to bulk up. Their hearty breakfast bowl is a little too hearty with 853 calories, and 583 of those are from fat.
6.) Quizno’s – Large Chicken Carbonara Sandwich – This well known restaurant chain has many wonderful low fat options for those counting calories. You can see on their nutritional information if you get it with cheese and dressing it has a whopping 1160 calories.
7.) Burger King – BK Quad Stacker – Any one on a diet already knows any food with the word quad in the title cannot be healthy. This one burger with the works has 930 calories with 65 grams of fat, and 1740 mg of sodium.
8.) McDonalds – Angus Bacon & Cheese – The name sounds so refined do not be fooled each one is a astounding 790 calories, with 2070 mg of sodium, enough to make anyone’s blood pressure rise.
9.)Wendy’s – Triple Burger With Cheese and everything – This burger has 1030 calories with 63 total grams of fat. Sounds like bad news for heart disease, maybe the 220 calorie small chili would be better, and it is delicious.
10.) Dairy Queen – Chicken Strip Basket Six Piece With Country Gravy – Like most southern foods they are not good for your waistline. This meal is 1640 calories with 660 calories from fat so bad for your diet.
11.) Kentucky Fried Chicken – Chicken Pot Pie – Many are surprised to find out this little Chicken Pot Pie has 690 calories and 1760 milligrams of salt.
12.) Pizza Hut – Personal Pepperoni Pan Pizza – We all know eating a lot of pizza is a big diet-buster, many think it is okay to eat a small one like a personal pizza. This little 6inch pepperoni one carries a amazing 620 calories, and 1410 milligrams of sodium.

One item that you should not eat is the high fat Chicken Parmesan. This Italian favorite on their menu has 1330 calories and a jaw dropping 3400 milligrams of sodium.

18.) Dairy Queen – Chili Cheese Fries – Each order has an astounding 1240 calories with 2550 milligrams of sodium. I do not think I even need to elaborate on how important it is not to eat this food.
19.) Dairy Queen – Large Turtle Pecan Cluster Blizzard – Their desserts all delicious are definitely restaurant foods to avoid if trying to lose weight. This blizzard treat alone has 1530 calories, many are not aware that is just about a full day’s recommended calorie intake in one dessert.
20.) McDonalds – Large Fries– If you want to lose weight you need to muster your willpower and avoid these. Even though they are now made with canola oil a large order still has 500 calories, a rather fattening snack.
